David Warner (499 runs) dons the mantle of being Australia’s best batter in the tournament with two 100s and two other 50+ scores. Among the bowlers, Adam Zampa (22 wickets) is miles above the rest for Australia.

Like they have shown in the chases, the Proteas are yet to master what to do while batting second. Australia could pounce on that vulnerability, to go with their record in World Cup knockouts. I am backing Australia to win here, plus Kagiso Rabada to be South Africa’s best bowler.
