Bengaluru Form

Bengaluru's season has hit the first real bump with back-to-back 1-0 defeats in their last two ISL matches.

Carles Cuadrat's side were beaten by ATK Mohun Bagan as an unbeaten six-game start to the season was ended by David Williams' goal.

That became successive defeats when losing 1-0 Jamshedpur in their last match. Stephen Eze got the only goal of the game 11 minutes from time.

Three wins and three draws in the opening six games had earmarked Bengaluru as serious finals candidates, but that progress has stalled somewhat.

Bengaluru have beaten Chennaiyin 1-0, Kerala Blasters 4-2 and Odisha 2-1. They have drawn with Goa (2-2), Hyderabad (0-0) and NorthEast United (2-2) this season.

Mumbai City Form

Mumbai City continue to trade places with ATK Mohun Bagan at the top of the table, and can regain top spot with a third straight win on Tuesday.

Sergio Lobera's side have won six of their last seven matches during an unbeaten run since losing 1-0 to NorthEast United in their opening game.

During the run, Mumbai have beaten Goa 1-0, East Bengal 3-0, Odisha 2-0, Chennaiyin 2-1 and Hyderabad 2-0 as well as drawn 1-1 with 10-man Jamshedpur.

A sixth victory of the campaign was landed in comfortable fashion on Saturday as Mumbai recorded a 2-0 victory over Kerala Blasters.

Adam Le Fondre scored his sixth goal in eight games with a third minute penalty. Hugo Boumous doubled the lead in the 11th minute on his return to the side, before missing a second-half penalty.

Team News

Bengaluru's failure to score in their last two matches may result in a recall for striker Deshorn Brown. Kristian Opseth would be the man to make way. Spanish defender Fran Gonzalez continues to wait for his chance to start.

Mumbai City are expected to be unchanged. That will mean substitute roles again for Bartholomew Ogbeche and Cy Goddard.

Head to Head

The head to head record stands at 3-2 in Mumbai City's favour with one draw. But the last three matches have all gone the way of Mumbai, who have recorded 1-0, 3-2 and 2-0 wins in that time.

Bengaluru vs Mumbai City Predictions
