Hyderabad's unbeaten start to the Indian Super League season gets tested by Jamshedpur at Tilak Maidan Stadium in Vasco da Gama on Wednesday. The hosts have four points from two games and take on winless Jamshedpur, who have a point from their opening two fixtures.

Hyderabad Form

Hyderabad have collected four points from their opening two games in what has been a positive start to life under new coach Manuel Roca.

Hyderabad finished their debut season in the ISL bottom of the table with only two wins in 2019/20, but made a winning start to the season as they defeated Odisha 1-0. Aridane's penalty proved the difference between the two sides.

Roca's side had to settle for a point in a bore 0-0 draw with Bengaluru on Saturday. Hyderabad had the only shot on target in the entire game.

Hyderabad Team News

With no goal from open play, Manuel Roca may tinker with his forward line. Spanish forward Fran Sandaza has yet to feature this season, but could he be the answer to Hyderabad's goalscoring problems?

Jamshedpur Form

Owen Coyle failed to have an immediate impact in charge of Jamshedpur as they lost their opening game of the season 2-1 to Chennaiyin.

A run of just one win in 14 games was extended to 15 matches when Jamshedpur conceded an injury time equaliser in a 2-2 draw with Odisha on Sunday.

Nerijus Valskis took his tally to three for the season with a double, but Jamshedpur had goalkeeper TP Rehenesh sent off in the 73rd minute.

The 10-men were unable to hang on as Brazilian subsitute Mauricio Diego struck the 77th minute and then again in the 93rd minute to secure a point for Odisha.

Jamshedpur Team News

Lithuanian forward Nerijus Valskis has scored all three goals for Jamshedpur since joining the club in the off-season.

Pawan Kumar looks set to take over in goal with TP Rehenesh suspended, while Australian winger Nick Fitzgerald could be given some game time after being unused against Odisha.

Hyderabad vs Jamshedpur Head to Head

Jamshedpur won the inaugural game against Hyderabad 3-1 last season before the sides played out a 1-1 draw. Jamshedpur equalised in injury-time to grab a point.
