Jamshedpur Form
Jamshedpur are finishing the season well, but it has been a little too late with a mid-season slump costing them in the race to the finals.
Owen Coyle's Men of Steel made it three wins in their last five matches when defeating finals bound Mumbai City 2-0 last Saturday.
Boris Singh broke the deadlock in the 72nd minute and David Grande sealed the victory in injury time.
It followed 1-0 wins over bottom of the table Odisha and Chennaiyin.
Jamshedpur have also lost 1-0 to leaders ATK Mohun Bagan and 2-1 to East Bengal in their last five matches.
Jamshedpur Team News
Top scorer Nerijus Valskis sits out the final game of the season as he serves a one-match ban.
Spaniard David Grande will come into the starting line-up in his place after scoring against Mumbai City.
Bengaluru Form
Bengaluru's finals hopes were ended on Sunday when losing 2-1 to Goa.
The Blues trailed 2-0 after 23 minutes to Igor Angulo and Redeem Tlang goals. Suresh Wangjam reduced the deficit, but couldn't stop Bengaluru being eliminated.
It was a second loss in the last three games for Naushad Moosa's side, who also went down 2-0 to leaders ATK Mohun Bagan.
Sandwiched in between was a 4-2 victory over Mumbai City.
Cleiton Silva and Sunil Chhetri both scored twice for Bengaluru, but ultimately it was not enough to save their season.
Bengaluru Team News
Bengaluru will be without Ashique Kuruniyan with the winger suspended for the last game.
Defender Biswa Darjee is ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Interim coach Naushad Moosa will take charge for the final game before handing over the reins to Marco Pezzaiuoli next season.
Head-to-Head
Jamshedpur hold a 3-2 head to head advantage over Bengaluru after a 1-0 win earlier in this campaign. There have also been three draws, two in the Indian Super League and one in the Durand Cup.
Stephen Eze's 79th minute goal earned Jamshedpur all three points from a tight game.
Jamshedpur vs Bengaluru Predictions
Both sides bring an end to their seasons on Thursday having fallen short in the race for the finals. A draw is tipped between two evenly matched sides with near identical records for the campaign.
Jamshedpur don't serve up much in the way of goals at either end, and a 0-0 is a value option.
